Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Pottstown, PA, offering a specialized role with a focus on pediatric healthcare and educational settings. This contract position spans the entire school year and is designed for professionals committed to providing high-quality speech therapy services in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver speech-language pathology services primarily in one-on-one or small group sessions, avoiding large group settings.
  • Support elementary, middle, or high school students, with caseloads capped at 65 to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Conduct therapy sessions virtually; note that evaluations are completed only on-site by designated staff.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant state and federal regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience in pediatric healthcare and educational settings, including school-based practice.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or completed.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively.
  • Ability to work virtually for service delivery with occasional on-site requirements.
  • Location : Pottstown, PA

    Schedule : Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

    Contract Duration : School Year
