We are looking for an innovative AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement AI-driven solutions that address operational challenges and enhance efficiency across various departments. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and impactful AI systems that align with business needs.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and deploy AI models to optimize workflows in manufacturing, sales, marketing, human resources, and other business functions.
• Design and refine intelligent systems and prompts to enhance customer interactions, employee support, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with different business units to identify AI opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data into AI models to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
• Evaluate and utilize approved AI tools, frameworks, and databases to meet business objectives effectively.
• Share knowledge and best practices for AI tools and workflows with colleagues to support informal learning and skill development.
• Document AI workflows, model architectures, and processes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and techniques to continuously enhance the effectiveness of deployed solutions.
• Provide technical input on the adoption of tools and platforms while ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI / ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on expertise with prompt engineering, vector databases, and cloud-based deployment.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, including Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, as well as libraries such as matplotlib.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
