The Opportunity

  • Build and scale our core web applications from the ground up
  • Design and implement high-quality, intuitive UI / UX
  • Help shape product and technical architecture decisions
  • Architect our core AI agent system from the ground up

  • Architect cloud-native infrastructure ready for enterprise scale
  • Design and implement applications to operationalize critical manufacturing production data from IoT devices, compliance documentation, equipment, and various systems
  • Design and implement autonomous AI agents to understand and execute complex workflows
  • Build reliable orchestration systems for LLM-powered applications

  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Startup or side project experience; understands speed, constraints, and can build under pressure
  • Moves fast without breaking things and builds polished applications
  • Strong product intuition and ability to translate problems into high-value products
  • Enjoys interfacing with customers and understanding their problems
  • Willing to grow with the company into leadership as we scale
  • Leverages AI tools to aid development, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment
