Facility is needing a OT to work in 3 different sites in Monroe WI. Experience in SNF is required. 40-hour week guarantee!! The candidate will be rotating between 3 sites depending on case load which includes a new site starting on 9 / 5. Candidates will be only at 1 location each day instead of all 3 to limit traveling (DOR will schedule this).
