Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, and marketing activities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs
- Present, explain, and recommend suitable insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, home, commercial)
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy information
- Possess excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements- Be open to obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
