Job Title : ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment

Location : Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 (Colorado healthcare jobs)

Setting : CVICU & Critical Care (CCU) Units

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 18 / 2025 – End : 2 / 17 / 2026)

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM), weekend rotation included

Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed

On-Call : Participation in call rotation (1 call shift per 2-week period required)

Housing : Newly remodeled studio and 1-bedroom apartments available for travel nurses, half a block from the hospital

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,260 - $2,430 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of RN Critical Care experience (CVICU required)

Active Colorado RN license in good standing

BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)

Current flu vaccination (mandatory; must be from current season)

Permanent address at least 75 miles from Glenwood Springs hospital

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care in CVICU and CCU units, covering both areas as needed

Support two Cath Labs, including a Hybrid Cath Lab, and care for complex cardiac and critical care patients

Participate in weekend and call rotations to ensure comprehensive patient coverage

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote patient recovery and healing

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient safety and quality care
