Locum Tenens Opportunity for Urologist Near VANDERGRIFT, PA

Practice Setting :

Outpatient, Inpatient : This position offers a diverse practice setting encompassing both outpatient and inpatient care.

Practice Details :

Board Certification Requirement : Yes, board certification in Urology is required for this position.

Fellowship : Fellowship training is preferred.

License Requirement : Physicians must be licensed in Pennsylvania only.

Certification Requirements :

ACLS : Yes

BLS : Yes

PALS : Yes (certification must be through the American Heart Association)

Additional Details :

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : Emergency credentialing is available with a clean file.

Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call

Description / Other Details :

Providers will need to document notes for OT and CB within the electronic timesheet.

The site seeks an all-inclusive rate that may include some time in the clinic.

License Requirements : Physicians must hold a Pennsylvania DEA and Pennsylvania state license. Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency is required.
