Catering Sales & Client Relations Coordinator

We are looking for a confident, outgoing Catering Sales & Client Relations Coordinator who’s ready to turn client conversations into celebrations. What You’ll Be Doing :
- Be the go-to guide for couples selecting food and beverage packages — helping them find exactly what fits their style, vibe, and budget.
- Manage high volume of daily leads – turning inquiries into excited lifelong clients.
- On the phone for extended periods of time – personable, relatable, and ability to effectively lead conversations.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with all types of clients — from foodie couples to corporate planners.
- Upsell and recommend products and upgrades that elevate the event experience (we are not looking for an “order-taker”, we need someone willing to put in the extra work).
- Handle client follow-ups, contracts, and timelines with precision and care.
- Represent A’BriTin with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a can-do attitude at every touchpoint including events such as Expos, Networking Events, Open Houses, etc.

Experience in sales, hospitality, or catering.Familiarity with CRM or event planning software.Background in commission-based sales.Important Details :
This is a Full-Time Salary - Exempt positionStarting salary is $40,000-$50,000 annually, commission / bonus eligibleEvening and weekend availability REQUIRED (open houses, networking events, client events - roughly 1-3 per month outside of regular business hours)Physical demands : Ability to stand, walk, and lift items during event setup and breakdown - up to 50 lbs. (rare).
