Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Location : Seattle, WA (Remote with occasional on-site days, 1–2 times per month)
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Salary : $75,000 – $88,000 annually
Bonus : Annual discretionary bonus
Billable Requirement : 102 hours / month
Employment Type : Full-Time
An established legal team is seeking a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support attorneys. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of experience in a legal environment and is comfortable managing a variety of administrative and litigation support tasks.
This position offers remote flexibility with limited in-office attendance for mailings, shipments, and other on-site needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage case documents, filing, and calendaring deadlines.
Prepare, format, and proofread pleadings and correspondence.
Handle administrative duties such as mail processing, package tracking, and expense reports (Chrome River).
Assist with e-filing in Washington State courts.
Support attorneys in litigation tasks such as discovery management, document review, and deposition preparation.
Coordinate with attorneys and staff across multiple offices.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
Familiarity with Washington State filing procedures .
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Experience with Chrome River , Aderant , iTimekeep , or iManage is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Nonexempt employees receive their 10 days of PTO in their accounts at the beginning of the “vacation year,” which runs from 7 / 1 to 6 / 30. It is available for them to use at their discretion.
