High-Autonomy Endocrinology Inpatient Role — Zero Hassle, Strong Compensation, South Florida

A South Florida inpatient endocrinology group (Miami–Fort Lauderdale–West Palm Beach) is expanding and seeking a full-time Independent Contractor Endocrinologist (BC / BE) to run inpatient services at multiple hospital sites in South Florida.

Round and Go : No fixed working hours

Phone Availability : 7 AM to 7 PM (no night calls, no ER calls)

Be Your Own Boss : No drama, no micromanagement

Independent Contractor (1099) : No long-term obligations

NP / PA Support : If your census grows above 45 patients, a dedicated NP / PA will be provided

Low Volume : Expected daily census is 25–45 patients

Schedule : Monday–Friday plus one weekend per month (includes phone coverage for teammates)

Compensation : $270K per year (1099)

Location : Maximum of two hospitals within the tri-county area (Southeast Florida)

No Billing Required

Requirements : Clean record, Florida license, Medicare / Medicaid enrollment, NPI, DEA
