Schedule :

Must be able to cover weekends - REQUIRED 2 long weekends per month Thursday – Monday / Tuesday

Vascular Surgery APP first assistLab onsite : YesTotal # of beds : 250Lvl. III Trauma2 APP's 2 Medical Assistant 3 RVT's 1 manager 1 full time providerEMR System : EpicEstimated Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days

Travel Requirements :

Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start. Flights - Up to 750 RT capLodging - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to 150 total per night cap.

Car rental - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to an economy car cap.Mileage - IRS Standard Rate.
