A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and support the team in resolving operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with client, broker, and company calls while processing payments and handling urgent insurance certificates
Manage accounting discrepancies and oversee accounts payable and receivable in collaboration with the corporate accounting team
Prepare weekly reports for operations and support compliance projects and agency evaluations
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in an office environment
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe, and similar software
Preferred experience in insurance, but not required
Experience with accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable
High school diploma or equivalent education
