Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to their Cleveland, Ohio team!

Responsibilities :

• Manage / lead project teams on projects (development of conceptual designs, estimates, drawings, and technical specifications)
• Prepare project estimates / proposals
• Provide project management support from concept through completion of substation design projects
• Ensure QA / QC standards are met
• Mentor / train junior staff
• Assist with business development
• Ensure project deliverables are on time and under budget
• Communicate status updates to project team

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
