Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a production ERP environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and material flow. Proficiency in Excel (advanced). ERP LN experience required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.

Job Summary
The Materials Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing material requirements using ERP systems. This role ensures material availability, accurate data flow, and alignment between production schedules, procurement, and inventory control, while supporting efficiency and continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update material master data, bills of materials (BOMs), and attributes in the ERP system.
- Analyze material demand and troubleshoot ERP / MRP-related issues.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and finance to streamline material workflows.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for system errors affecting materials planning.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
- Ensure ERP data accuracy through audits, validations, and cleansing.
- Support ERP upgrades, integrations, and testing activities.
- Train end-users on ERP material management and reporting tools.
