Company Description : Fred Astaire Dance Studios - Summit is the premiere ballroom dance studio in New Jersey. We offer a variety of dance lessons including ballroom, Latin, private, group, and couple style lessons. Our mission is to enrich lives socially, physically, mentally, and emotionally through dance.

Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Dance Instructor at our Summit, NJ location. The Dance Instructor will be responsible for providing dance instruction, conducting dance education classes, and teaching various dance styles to students. The instructor will perform day-to-day tasks such as preparing lesson plans, leading classes, and offering personalized guidance to students.

Qualifications :

• Dance Instruction and Dance Education skills
• Teaching experience in dance
• Proficiency in various styles of Dance and Music
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of students
• Relevant certifications or degrees in dance or related fields are a plus
