Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Description : About this role

You won't just write code, you'll shape the future of the CPG industry. As a full-stack engineer, you'll be instrumental in bringing our ambitious vision to life. Your work will directly impact how millions of products are developed and brought to market, helping to eliminate inefficiencies that cost companies billions annually.

This is not a typical engineering role. We're already building with agents using LLMs to ingest and respond to supplier emails, structure data, and automate end-to-end procurement tasks. You'll extend those workflows and build new ones, alongside a team that is AI-forward in how we build everything, from the platform to our internal tooling.

Purchase Order Integration

Close the loop between quote selection PO to enable full-cycle sourcing automation.

Requires integrations with ERPs or PO systems used by mid-market CPG brands.

Enables more actionable analytics around cost, reliability, and timing.

Supplier & Ingredient Knowledge Graph

Build and maintain structured, queryable relationships between ingredients, suppliers, specs, and pricing over time.

Powers more intelligent supplier recommendations and alerts when better options become available.

Key enabler for R&D teams to explore formulation flexibility and sourcing alternatives.

Advanced Analytics & Cost Savings Insights

Track bid deltas, time-to-quote, and historical performance by supplier and ingredient.

Feed real-time insights back into the sourcing process to improve speed and margin.

Automated Follow-Ups & Reminders

AI-driven nudges for missing documents, delayed quotes, or supplier gaps.

Helps procurement teams stay ahead of deadlines and compliance issues.

Spec Versioning & Change Management

Enable teams to track ingredient spec changes and understand impact on supplier approvals and quotes.

Supports more agile R&D and iterative product development.

Discovery-as-a-Feature

Use AI + historical data to proactively surface alternate suppliers during RFP setup or quote comparisons.

Helps teams expand optionality without increasing manual search effort.

5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack engineer
