Facility Coordinator
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the work force productively through effective job planning. This position reports directly to the GxP Maintenance Planner / Scheduler or designee. This position will be the principal liaison between building occupants and Maintenance Departments for logistics concerning facilities assets and manpower availability and will assist operations in developing a structured work plan to ensure efficient and effective use of available resources.

Desired Skills
Excellent organizational, communication (oral and written), and planning skills. The ability to provide management and support staff with reports and guidance to make informed decisions in regard to maintenance schedules. Ability to multi-task in a high speed, high pace environment. Finance and accounting skills.
Desired Experience :
Minimum of 4-6 years of equipment maintenance experience within a regulated industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably iOffice. Should be able to read mechanical, structural and electrical drawings. Previous experience in Facilities Management preferred. Life Sciences Preferred.
