Creates Cool is hiring : Architectural Designer in Alameda

As an Architectural Designer on our team you’ll have the opportunity to control your own schedule with at least 75% remote work. Not only will you manage and lead different phases of projects, but you will also help develop and create systems for a growing startup. This role is perfect for anyone in the Bay Area who is not interested in being bogged down by long overworked underpaid office hours. Salary is competitive and based on prior experience.

Responsibilities :

• Helping on all phases of projects, including programming, client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documents.
• Actively work with building and permitting officials during permitting and construction phases of the project. Submit projects for permit approval.
• Work closely with Project Designers, Job Captains, and Architect / Founder on relevant codes, project information and client needs.
• Graphic materials for client presentations and marketing materials.
• Enthusiasm to help create and work on non-architecture products including : clothing, games, lighting, furniture, etc.
