About Your Role :

As a Senior Program Manager, you have the opportunity to add value and grow your skills for large cross-functional global programs in the growing Digital Solutions business unit. We provide online banking and mobile financial services applications for over 2,300 financial institutions and to millions of customers. You will be accountable for all aspects of the management & oversight of the program and provide a single point of contact for the overarching program. This role will run large programs consisting of 250+ people across multiple continents, countries, and a mixture of full-time & contract resources to coordinate delivery of the program.

What You Will Do :

• Be accountable for the delivery of the program and projects for which you are assigned for mobile banking product along with ensuring ongoing adherence to all program and project management hygiene requirements
• Plan and supervise activities for the program focused on the Mobile banking apps with stakeholders in the United States and New Zealand
• Plan and manage activities for the project consistent with program requirements with project team members and stakeholders in the India, New Zealand, and the United States
• Initiate and lead project planning activities such as Scope Definition and Management, Risk Management, Communication Management, etc.
• Create and maintain a project schedule by identifying and monitoring the overall project milestones, timelines, tasks, resources, task dependencies, and critical paths
• Control and track project performance, time allocations, cost, and quality by constantly evaluating project progress and conducting regular team status meetings
• Coordinate with other project managers and cross-functional teams to identify and monitor issues, impacts, and dependencies
• Build effective relationships with all functional areas and manage stakeholder expectations
