Special Equipment : - Tier2 Travel Compliance SSN and DOB should be included on application at time of submittal RTO should be included on application at time of submittal Minimum 2 YEARS RN EXPERIENCE required WV OR COMPACT LICENSE - PENDING LICENSE ACCEPTABLE Candidates must have perm address greater than 100 miles from facility to submit! Facility will consider between 75 to 100 miles on a case-by-case basis. Rate will be the same. Minimum 2 Manager or Charge References within the past 2 years Certifications should be listed on application at time of submittal BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications must be via American Heart Association, if the Certification is required by the unit.
