As a Manager in Training, you’ll start on the sales floor, developing expertise in direct sales and marketing campaigns while representing clients in the telecommunications and home improvement industries. You’ll work in a retail environment, engaging with customers and learning how to drive revenue for our clients.

After mastering sales, you’ll transition into  leadership training, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in :

• Team building & mentorship
• Payroll & administrative duties
• Operational management
• Expanding into new territories
