Facility : 388-bed Level 3 Trauma Center with an 18-bed mixed ICU Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 10 / 20 / 2025 – End : 1 / 17 / 2026) Shift : 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend rotation Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1780 - $1910 Employment Type : Travel Nursing Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Washington nursing jobs preferred Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting Certifications required : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Expertise in cardiac rhythm interpretation, medication titration, proning, hypothermia protocol, chest tubes, drains, and invasive line monitoring (a-lines, CVP) Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred Professional appearance; any color scrubs permitted ICU Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse ICU population, including medical cases (DKA, ARDs, sepsis, pneumonia, COVID-19) and exposure to surgical, neuro, and CVICU patients Manage patient ratios of 1 : 2-3 based on acuity Utilize EPIC charting, BD Alaris IV Pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing systems Float as needed to Respiratory, Surgical, Telemetry, PCU, or ED units as Helping Hands Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced trauma center environment Experience the best of Eastern Washington nursing jobs in Spokane – a welcoming community with endless opportunities for outdoor adventure and professional growth.
