• Pay : $47 / HR($1,880) Local Pay- $53 / HR($2,120) ($985 taxable and $1,155 non taxable)- Travellers
• Location : Hayward, CA
• Title : Physical Therapist-Home Health
• Certifications : CA State License, BLS, Covid Vaccine & Booster / Exemption
• Start Date : 07 / 21 / 2025
• Shift length : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00)
• Assignment Length : 13 weeks.
• PT : Field position- Central Valley / Stockton

Home Health

Tues-Sat or Wed-Sunday

Home Health experience preferred

CA license in hand preferred

Oasis experience required

GWW hours are based on completed visits : 25 visits = 40 hours
