The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IP experience managing pharmaceutical and chemical portfolios, with strong knowledge of USPTO, PCT, and international patent rules and procedures. Responsibilities include preparing and filing patent applications and related documents, managing global dockets, coordinating international filings, reviewing USPTO correspondence, and maintaining accurate client portfolio reports.
Candidates should possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CPi, ePCT, and Microsoft Office. A Paralegal Certificate is required.
Compensation: $110,000–$150,000/year, plus comprehensive benefits.
