Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Ortho

Location : Sumter, SC

Assignment Length : 13 Weeks

Schedule : 8-hour Days

Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic assignment in Sumter, SC. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to a general outpatient orthopedic population.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for outpatient orthopedic patients

Treat 12–14 patients per day , with follow-up visit double-booking expected

Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits / week

Collaborate with physicians, rehab staff, and patients to optimize outcomes

Document patient care accurately and in compliance with clinic policies

Qualifications :

Outpatient experience preferred

New grads not accepted

First-time travelers accepted

PTA applicants not accepted

Active SC PT license (or eligibility)

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Assignment Details :

Shift Type : 8-hour Days

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week, with expectation of up to 40 hours

Float Requirements : None

Duration : 13 weeks
