EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise both center-based ABA services in Lakeview East and Logan Square. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed

Supervise and mentor RBTs and support high-quality service delivery

Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers

Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development

Ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure

1–3 years of ABA experience (preferred)

Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
