We are looking Reliability Engineers to join the Kaiser Aluminum onsite team in Bellwood Virginia to support our aluminum extrusion and tubular operations!
The Reliability Engineers are responsible for guiding efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety / security systems. Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. This broad primary role includes loss elimination, risk management and life cycle asset management.

Purpose of Position
The primary role of the Reliability Engineers is to identify and manage risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. Within this primary role, the reliability engineer shall direct and provide leadership for an Asset Management plan that will improve asset reliability and Total Cost of Ownership, as well as the reliability of work processes, procedures, and practices that will ensure universal adherence to best practices. Additionally, the Reliability Engineers is the primary steward of the plant's installed capacity and shall develop and administer an Asset Operations Plan that will assure optimum utilization and operating efficiency of these assets. As part of the overall Asset management Plan, the Reliability Engineer is responsible for the development of an Asset Maintenance Plan that will ensure adequate levels of sustaining maintenance for each asset within the plant.
