T-6 Combs Material Coordinator - Over And Above
The T-6 Combs Material Coordinator - Over and Above (O&A) is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and managing all materials, parts, and cost-related requirements associated with Over and Above maintenance actions across all T-6 Contractor Operated and Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) sites. This position ensures timely sourcing, documentation, and approval of O&A materials to support aircraft maintenance beyond standard contract requirements. The coordinator works closely with Maintenance Control, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Program Management to ensure accurate workload tracking, compliance with contractual and government guidelines, and cost control.
Job Duties : Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
Qualifications : Education and Experience : High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Familiarity with maintenance and supply systems (e.g., NALCOMIS, OOMA, IMDS, SAP or equivalent). Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance data, and cost documentation. Experience in aviation supply, logistics, material coordination, or maintenance planning preferred. Experience with O&A, cost tracking, or government contracting processes preferred. Experience in a military or contractor aviation environment preferred. Experience with maintenance or supply systems preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Knowledge of aviation supply chain, material coordination, or logistics processes (preferred). Understanding of Over and Above (O&A) processes or contract cost tracking (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, tracking, and financial documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple O&A requests. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance, supply, procurement, quality, and finance personnel. Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve material or cost-related issues. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive program and financial data. High level of integrity and commitment to quality, compliance, and cost control.
