Healthcare Data Reporting Manager

Lantern is looking for a Healthcare Data Reporting Manager to join the Client and Internal Reporting team. This role will lead a team in supporting our clients by overseeing the development and automation of new client reports using SQL, Databricks, and automation tools within the Azure stack. The manager will ensure the accuracy and quality of client data by directing the implementation of automated testing frameworks, establishing standards, and guiding the team to proactively detect and resolve data issues.

This role will also frequently work directly with clients and other internal teams to capture and document requirements and ensure delivery reports best meet client needs.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the transition of business requirements into actionable, high-impact reports for clients, health plan resellers, and healthcare partners - ensuring your team delivers reporting solutions with a strong emphasis on claims and clinical data.

Provide strategic direction and oversight for the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks leveraging Databricks, Python, and Azure Data Factory, ensuring your team delivers efficient, reliable solutions that streamline both client and internal reporting processes.

Direct the development and enhancement of data quality frameworks to ensure the accuracy of healthcare reporting, including claims adjudication, utilization, and outcomes; provide leadership in establishing standards, monitoring practices, and guiding the team to proactively address issues.

Investigate and resolve issues related to report delivery, data accuracy, and automation workflows, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to explain the Lantern business model and help ensure reports are appropriately solving their unique needs.
