About the Role :

The Supervising Immigration Attorney will lead and oversee the immigration legal services provided across multiple office locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused representation. Minimum Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in good standing with the state bar where practicing.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing immigration law.

Demonstrated experience supervising or managing legal teams.

Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in a multi-office law firm environment.

Prior experience handling complex immigration cases such as asylum, deportation defense, or employment-based immigration.

Familiarity with legal case management software and technology tools.
