City Wide Construction Products in Ozark, MO i s a proud supplier of ready-mix concrete for projects large and small who has served the southern Missouri region for more than three decades with dependable customer service and focus on the community. We are looking to add self-motivated and dependable Mixer Truck Drivers to our team.

This is a union position . This position requires two years of experience, a valid Class A CDL or Class B CDL with appropriate endorsements. This position is responsible for driving a ready-mix concrete truck weighing up to 80,000 pounds transporting and delivering concrete to specific job sites. This position also maintains radio or telephone contact with base, cleans, inspects, makes minor repairs to the vehicle, and must work, drive, and interact with others in a professional manner.

Pay is dependent upon the collective bargaining agreement. Wage during the probationary period is $23.50 and an increase to $24.50 after 90 days. City Wide also offers group health and life insurance, 401k with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Job Requirements

• Ability to take orders, instructions, and guidance from supervisors
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records (Part 391.11(b)(2)
• Possess a valid CDL Class A or B license with appropriate endorsements
• Must be able to pass federal DOT drug / alcohol screening and physical
• Maintains a satisfactory driving record in accordance with Federal and State Motor Carrier regulations and company policy.
• Adheres to safety requirements and procedures, and wearing of required safety equipment and clothing.
