LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Bellaire, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty : Long Term Care
• Discipline : LPN / LVN
• Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025
• Duration : 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift : 12 hours, days
• Employment Type : Travel
• 2+ Years Experience in LTC, SNF, or Med Surg setting  - REQUIRED
• Must have completed at least '1' successful travel assignment as a RN (Please note on work history)  - REQUIRED
• RTO cannot exceed 5 days. Meadow Brook will not approve RTO after an offer is made  - REQUIRED
• COVID Vaccine (if declining, mandated to wear a mask) – Strongly preferred
