Tekberry is seeking a skilled Project Analyst III to join our client supporting its Shared Services organization during the implementation of OneStream. This role will be a key member of the Data Reconciliation team within Finance and Shared Services. As a Tekberry W-2 employee, you will have access to Tekberry's health benefits.

Responsibilities :

Perform data reconciliation between multiple financial systems ( SAP , PeopleSoft , Central Finance ) at the account, entity, product, and department levels.

Validate and analyze data in both functional currency and USD to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Use Microsoft Excel and PDF views to document and catalog work in SharePoint Online .

Participate in the OneStream Implementation project and potentially support other finance projects as needed.

Develop standard reports, perform trend analysis, and provide data-driven insights to project stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Shared Services teams to streamline data flows and process improvements.

Support testing, validation, and documentation for system integrations and project deliverables.

Qualifications : Education :

Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field).

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Shared Services project roles.

Experience with data reconciliation and validation across multiple ERP systems.

Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, data analysis).

Experience with SAP and / or PeopleSoft required.

Working knowledge of data integration, financial reporting, and shared service operations.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with OneStream , process improvement methodologies, or Lean / Six Sigma.

Experience with Corning systems, standards, and tools a plus.
