Analyzes global markets for IT Services, servers, storage, backup, IT security, productivity software, remote monitoring services, hyperconvergence and IoT.

Studies SMB and mid-Enterprise segments as well as vertical markets.

Works with external analysts and manages research report gathering.

Produces market reports and trend analyses.

Presents insights from market data to assist the planning teams

Requirements

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS

College degree preferred.

4-8 years relevant experience.

IT hardware, software and services market research, ideally beyond just the US.

Data analysis and statistics.
