ANE Consulting is a leading construction management services firm known for its excellence in delivering complex, high-visibility projects. As part of a multi-year public infrastructure initiative, ANE is managing the development of four new borough-based jails in New York City, replacing the Rikers Island complex.

About the Role

As Project Systems Support Specialist, you will provide critical technical assistance and user support for a large, multi-site design / build program. This role is central to troubleshooting system issues, resolving support tickets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations. The position requires a strong technical foundation, clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams to meet client and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve PMIS-related support tickets, addressing technical issues, access problems, and user inquiries in a timely manner.

Provide onboarding and offboarding support, including account setup, permission assignments, and user profile management.

Conduct process audits and assist with permission reviews and user access reconciliations.

Deliver PMIS training sessions for new and existing users, including role-specific refresher courses and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with Document Control, Facilities, and project teams to support document transmittals, workflow updates, and user task management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in PMIS support, document control, or IT support.

Strong understanding of project documentation workflows, including submittals, RFIs, and transmittals.

Knowledge of access control and user permission systems.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Experience delivering user training and creating support documentation.
