This role is perfect for a general urologist, with strong support available for those with subspecialty interests. Particularly exciting to the practice would be a Reconstructionist (with fellowship training and interest in urethral reconstructions) or a Urologic Oncologist (to support volume in kidney cases / partial nephrectomies and radical cystectomies).
