General Manager : Leads and coordinates everyday business operations, ensuring smooth functioning and team support.
Duties
- Follow DHC Training Program for new skills and responsibilities
- Communicate training needs to supervisor
- Conduct Ops Walks and Q&A checks for improvement
- Organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
- Understand the impact of job responsibilities on guests and operations
- Ensure food preparation, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to uniform policy
- Provide direction and feedback to management team and team members
- Manage cash handling, hiring, training, scheduling, and daily tasks
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and operational functions
- Develop strategies for efficiency and goal achievement
- Focus on sales growth and forecasting
- Abide by rules and directions given by the General Manager
