Responsibilities

• Provide adult, comprehensive management of anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures (excluding Trauma and Obstetrics) and pre- and post-operative care for these patients.
• Collaborate within a department of over 50 board-certified anesthesiologists across six divisions : Cardiovascular and Thoracic; Multispecialty; Non-Operating Room Anesthesiology; Neuroanesthesiology; Abdominal Transplant; and Acute Pain / Regional Anesthesiology.
• Be assigned to a breadth of non-cardiac cases during weekday daytime hours; schedule is flexible on a daily basis.
• Maintain professional standards and contribute to high-quality patient care within the Mayo Clinic framework.
