Job Overview :

The Scheduler / Receptionist is responsible for scheduling all patient infusion treatments and therapies with physician appointments for the Infusion and Cancer Center. The ideal candidate will maintain Infusion scheduling work queues and IN-Baskets in EPIC EMR. The Scheduler / Receptionist will collaborate with physician teams to ensure efficient scheduling coordination is met, collaborates with an Authorization team to ensure treatment authorization is completed prior to scheduling, and confirm and communicate final schedules with patients.

Qualifications : Required :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Relevant experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six months to one year of relevant experience and / or training
