Compensation : $45,000 Base Salary + Monthly Commission (Average $1,000 - $2,500 / month commission). This opportunity is a customer service and sales position within a successful STATE FARM Agency. It is a vital role for the agency, as it involves both the acquisition (proactive & reactive) of new business and the effective servicing of existing policies and households.
