A company is looking for an Associate Director of Outcomes and Evaluation to lead assessment strategies for health professional education. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of evaluation plans using established frameworks Design and manage data collection strategies and analyze data to assess program effectiveness Produce insightful reports and present evaluation findings to various stakeholders Required Qualifications Master's degree in Health Education, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing evaluation plans for health education programs Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative methods, including survey design and data collection Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R Experience with survey tools and data visualization software like Power BI or Tableau
