Data Scientist
Hybrid in Boston, MA or San Diego, CA. Ideally willing to come on site 2-3x / week
In this role, you would :
- Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to merge data from multiple sources and build robust datasets.
- Research and develop innovative statistical models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze data for trends and patterns and provide actionable insights.
- Leverage claims data, real-world evidence, patient-level data, and product usage to drive market intelligence and enhance consumer experience.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across functions to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Support the development of KPIs and operational metrics tailored to project requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, tracking progress and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Work with external vendors and partners as needed to support data initiatives.

High-level SQL and data manipulation skillsExperience in statistical analysis and advanced analyticsStrong ability to navigate large, structured, and semi-structured datasetsExcellent communication skills, able to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendationsFamiliarity with healthcare datasets, including claims data and patient-level data (experience with medical device or diabetes data is a plus)A self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn and thrive in a growing business
