The Business Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategy, implementation, and management of business applications and systems across the organization. This role ensures systems are optimized to support business processes, enhance efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :

- Uphold the quality policy.
- Develop and execute the business systems strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Integrate the systems of our acquisitions into that of our overall group portfolio, including the use of API’s
- Collaborate with business units to assess needs, identify gaps, and implement system-based solutions.
- Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, customizations, process redesign, and system enhancements.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance.
- Oversee change management and end-user training during new system rollouts or upgrades.
- Monitor KPIs to measure system performance and business impact.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies that can improve operations.
- Manage our current ERP (Infor Visual), and build BI tools to help develop a more integrated network
- Manage all aspects of our CRM platform (Salesforce) and help with customizable dashboards
- Manage and improve the workflows between our ERP and CRM for the company’s users
- Integrate Datarails financial planning and analysis platform across the company
- Collaborate with the company’s MSP to manage and optimize the IT environment, overseeing network, server, and cybersecurity operations
Education & Skills Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of experience in business systems or IT management rolesProven experience with a manufacturing ERP and other enterprise platforms (e.g., Infor Visual, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including the use of Flow Automations.Strong knowledge of business process mapping, systems integration, and data governance.Experience with the management and enhancements of an APIExcellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.Ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments and stakeholders.Preferred Experience & Skills :
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a highly regulated industry.Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder & the creation / modification of Flow Automations and Declarative Lookup Rollup SummariesTray.ai API, or similar IPaaSProficiency in SQL for data extraction, mapping, and reporting in support of ERP processes (Infor Visual)
Work Environment :
Office-based or Remote with occasional travel to other facilities or vendor sites.May require extended hours during system go-lives or major upgrades.Expected Hours of Work :
This is a Full-Time salary position required to work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
Travel : Up to 25%
