Family Practice - Without OB Physician

The Physician is a key member of the Health Center's multi disciplinary primary care and behavioral health care teams. Primary, preventive, and episodic primary and behavioral health care is compassionately delivered to promote health and wellness. The clinical program is divided into units that foster a team approach to care. The Nurse Practitioner will assume an active role at the site becoming involved with quality improvement activities, meetings, and other team building efforts.
