Pay Information

$178 per week

About The Position

Weekly Pay $46.67 / hour - Physical Therapist at Jacksonville Rehab Hospital

  • Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and independence.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and other complex medical conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify plans of care as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, nursing, and case management.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and functional progress.
  • Primarily scheduled for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays), with potential to cover Mondays or Fridays based on facility needs. - 2 years of PT experience in inpatient rehab, acute care, or a similar setting preferred
  • Work independently during weekend shifts while demonstrating strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Serve a patient population consisting of adults and geriatrics with neurologic, orthopedic, and complex medical diagnoses.
