Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at a leading forklift dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales and service process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability of forklifts and related equipment.
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the equipment or automotive industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing and customer management.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.Requirements :
