Parts Specialist

Job Opportunity

Responsible for parts sales and support for Atlas Copco Compressors in an assigned region. Assist customers in parts identification, troubleshooting, and order expedition via phone, fax, and email. Handle incoming orders, including entry and maintaining / editing sales orders to meet customer demands. Provide regular updates to customers regarding orders, including delivery dates and / or any changes in the status of the order. Must be willing to prospect Lost Boys over the phone and proactively generate part sales with existing customer base. Proactive lead generation will be required. Coordinate order releases, receipts, and shipments. Contribute to positive company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers. Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer. Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people / employees considered necessary to get the job done. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Need to be able to multi-task in a high paced work environment
• Excellent organizational / time management skills
• Experience within automotive industry
• SAP experience
• Background in parts ordering / researching
• CRM experience
