Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – The Springs of Mount Vista

The Springs of Mount Vista is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our full-time rehab team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment that values quality care, teamwork, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

Implement individualized care plans to help residents improve independence in daily living activities

Accurately and timely document services in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ functional goals

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs

Qualifications :

Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Arkansas (or eligibility)

Graduate of an accredited COTA program

Prior SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Passion for helping others and providing exceptional resident care
