Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically strong Cloud Program Manager to drive AI, automation, and cloud-based transformation programs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects involving cloud platforms, intelligent automation, and enterprise integrations. You will lead program delivery from strategy through execution, partnering closely with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional business groups.

Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of cloud, AI, and automation programs-from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.

Develop actionable roadmaps aligned with business objectives, cloud strategy, and transformation goals.

Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

Drive Agile / Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Cloud & AI Technical Oversight

Provide oversight on cloud-based AI and automation tools (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Gemini, AWS Agent Core).

Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

Coordinate DevOps pipelines, CI / CD workflows, and cloud integration activities.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

Work closely with executive and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Deliver data-driven program updates, dashboards, and risk reporting.

Ensure all initiatives maintain compliance with governance, privacy, and security standards.

Risk, Compliance, and Process Management

Identify, track, and mitigate technical and operational risks.

Maintain adherence to cloud security, compliance frameworks, and change management processes.

Promote best practices for scalable, secure cloud adoption and intelligent automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing cloud, software integration, AI, or automation programs.

Strong command of Agile / Scrum methodologies; proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Experience with cloud AI and automation platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, AWS, Google AI tools, etc.).

Understanding of DevOps practices, integration pipelines, and CI / CD processes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or cloud platform credentials (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
