Milliman's Indianapolis Health Practice is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive Intern (Summer 2026) to support our consulting work with life sciences clients. This internship is designed to give up-and-coming business leaders the opportunity to gain insight into the healthcare industry and help create solutions and strategies for our clients. Interns will research key topics in the healthcare industry and regularly present findings back to our internal client teams to support work for life sciences clients. Interns will collaborate with other interns, account executives, project managers, and editorial and creative staff to strengthen healthcare expertise and create presentations that meet our high-quality expectations. Internship Highlights :
The life sciences consulting team is a group of 60+ individuals in the Indianapolis Health practice from varying backgrounds including actuaries, data analysts, pharmacists, and graphic designers. This group works primarily with life sciences companies and consults on their relationship with insurance companies and other stakeholders of the life sciences value chain.
This position is based out of the Milliman office in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time.
